Antifreeze function

The SPC Hestia has an smart function that prevents possible freezes in the heating circuit.

This function is activated automatically if it is enabled on the device, working when the temperature drops below 5 °C and the thermostat is turned off.

The boiler will operate until it reaches 8 °C and then it will turn off again, avoiding the circuit being damaged and the water that is inside it freezing.

This function can be enabled or disabled via the advanced settings of the thermostat.
