Make sure that the pile does not exceed 20 cm, as they could get stuck in the rollers, can cause damage to your carpet.
If the pile of your carpet exceeds 20cm, you can remove the central brush and the side brushes of the robot to avoid jams, this way you can vacuum the carpet without problems.
When using the water tank, it is not recommended to go over carpets, therefore it is best to pick up the carpet during use of this accessory. If the carpet can't be removed, create virtual walls around the mat with the help of the magnetic tape that is included with the product.
