If you have had problems synchronizing your device, these two options may help you.
a) Automatic scan
Once you have restarted the device (to find out how click on “Restart devices >” inside the corresponding product) and it will be blinking quickly, activate the location and Bluetooth of your mobile (do not forget that you must be connected to the 2.4 GHz network of your router) and follow the steps in the following video:
b) AP Mode
With the LED indicator flashing quickly, carry out the process again which is explained in the quick guide to put the device in pairing mode.
Now, the led indicator should blink slowly and you can carry out the synchronization in AP mode.
