What to do if your smartphone is stolen or lost

In case of theft or loss of your smartphone.

Inform your telephone operator. You will have to provide the IMEI of your terminal.
There are several different ways to find out the IMEI of your smartphone:

1. Open the "Calls" app and type *#06#.
2. Check it on the back of your smartphone or in the SIM card slot,
3. Look for it on the sticker on the phone's box.

For Dual SIM models, the code of the second SIM card "S-IMEI"
