After weighing myself I do not get all the parameters from the application.

Atenea Fit

The Atenea Fit smart scale has 4 electrodes with which it is able to monitor up to 15 different parameters.

In order to obtain all this information correctly, it is important that you weigh yourself barefoot and pay attention that the contact with the soles of your feet and the electrodes on the scale is optimal. Also, wait for some boxes to appear on the screen to ensure that the weighing has been done correctly.

Atenea Fit 2, 3 and Pro

The Atenea Fit 2 smart scale has ITO glass with which it is able to monitor up to 13 different parameters.

The Atenea Fit 3 smart scale has 4 electrodes with which it is able to monitor up to 18 different parameters.

The Atenea Fit Pro smart scale has ITO glass + measuring wheel with which it is able to monitor up to 28 different parameters.

To obtain all this information correctly it is important that you comply with the following points:

-Make sure you have your cell phone with the SPC IOT app nearby and with Bluetooth turned on. Before weighing, make sure that in the SPC IOT application, the BT icon on the scale is illuminated, this means that the scale is connected to your cell phone. To make sure, press lightly with your foot so that the display turns on and the scale starts the connection process.

If the scale is not connected to your phone, it will store up to 10 weighings without physiological data. These weights will be dumped into the next synchronization it makes with your phone.

-Weigh barefoot and paying attention that the contact with the soles of your feet and the glass of the scale is optimal. In the case of Atenea Fit Pro, make sure you also take the measuring wheel.

-Make sure that some squares appear on the display to ensure that the weighing has been performed correctly.
