Don’t worry, there is an easy solution for this. Just make sure your wearable has Bluetooth connectivity enabled.
Our fitness wristbands have Bluetooth activated permanently, however, in our range of Smartwatches there is the possibility to turn on and off the Bluetooth from the settings of the device itself. Therefore, go to the Bluetooth settings menu and connect from there.
Remember to also have your mobile's Bluetooth turned on. The Smartee app will ask you to activate it when you start the linking process if it detects that you have it turned off, but it is worth checking it.
There is another possibility to keep in mind: Have you previously connected your wearable with another smartphone? If so, check the Bluetooth settings of the other mobile and delete the connections with the wearable. In this way, you will free it up and the Bluetooth connection will be visible again for other mobiles.
Finally, make sure that both devices are within 5-10 metres of each other so that they are visible and the connection is allowed.
