The WiFi connection still isn't working
This could occur in the WiFi is activated, but there is no available network.
Repeat the previous process
Turn off WiFi by moving the switch to No , and then turn it on, moving the switch to Yes.
Check that the WiFi network is compatible with your device
There are several types of WiFi networks that support different connection speeds. Check that your network and your tablet share the WiFi transmission protocol (which could be WLAN 802.11 b/g/n/ac), as well as the transmission frequency (2.4 or 5 GHz). If your network transmits in the frequency of 5 GHz and your device is only capable of transmitting information at 2.4 GHz, you will not get a connection. Find this information on the manufacturer's page of your router, as well as our product pages.
My network and tablet are compatible
If none of this works, turn the tablet off and turn in back on again.
