Settings can be accessed from the Quick Access screen or from the Function Menu. In the Settings menu, you can configure the following options:
Watch Faces
You can change the watch face. By default, there are 6 internal faces available, but you can download many more additional faces from the app.
Another way to quickly change the watch face is by long-pressing the home screen. A carousel will appear, allowing you to make a quick change.

Always on Display
This feature keeps the time permanently visible on the screen. You can choose between two watch face types: analog clock or digital clock:
You can also select an activation and deactivation time for this feature, for example, to disable it at night.
Keep in mind that battery life will be affected with this mode enabled.
Earphones
You can connect TWS earphones to your watch. When selecting this option, the watch starts searching for compatible devices nearby.
Select the correct one, and it will pair. From now on, you can listen to the watch's music on your earphones.
Sounds and Vibration
This menu allows you to set the watch's tones and vibrations. It has several submenus:
- Silent Mode: This mode disables notification sounds like calls and messages.
- Sports Volume: Sets the sound volume while exercising.
- System Volume: Sets the sound volume in general mode.
- Ringtone: Allows you to select the watch's ringtone for incoming calls.
- Message Tone: Allows you to select the watch's message notification tone.
- Vibration: Select the type of vibration for the watch: Strong, Moderate, Weak, None.
Display and Brightness
This menu has several submenus:
- Brightness: Sets the screen brightness. By default, it is at 60%. You can decrease or increase it in 20% increments. You can also set a night mode to reduce brightness at night. Note that increasing brightness will increase battery consumption.
- Screen Timeout: Sets how long the screen stays on when activated. By default, it is 5 seconds, but it can be adjusted up to a maximum of 20 seconds.
- Raise to Wake: The screen activates when you raise your wrist to view its information. You can enable or disable this feature and set an activation schedule.
- Cover to Turn Off Screen: If enabled, the screen will turn off when you cover it with your hand.
Layout
Defines the layout type of the menu elements on the screen. There are three options: List, Grid, and Chessboard. For example, in this order:
Auto Sport Recognition
If this option is enabled, the watch will automatically recognize the start of these four sports: Walking, Running, Rowing, and Elliptical. You can enable/disable them individually.
Battery
Displays the watch's battery percentage and allows you to activate Power Saving mode. In this mode, only the time, date, and battery percentage will be displayed on the screen.
To exit this power-saving mode, hold the main button.
When the watch's battery drops to 20%, you will receive a notification suggesting you activate this mode.
System
This menu has three submenus:
- Restart: Turns the watch off and on.
- Turn Off: Turns the watch off.
- Reset: Restores the watch to factory settings. You will lose activity data not synced with the SPC SMART YOU app. After the reset, there is no need to re-pair the watch with your phone.
About
Contains specific information about your watch: Device Name, SW Version, and MAC Address.
App QR
This screen displays a QR code allowing you to access the SPC SMART YOU app on the official Android or iOS download store.
