To access the Messages menu, press the Menu key and navigate through the menus using the up and down navigation keys until you see it on the screen. Press the OK key.
How to send a text or multimedia message
- Select the "Write New" option.
- Choose "SMS" to write a text message, or "MMS" to write a multimedia message.
- Enter the recipient. Type the number if you know it, or press the OK key to access the contact list and select a record. Then, go to Options and select OK.
- Use the navigation keys to move the cursor to the message body and start typing the text. Multimedia messages allow you to attach a file (image, video, audio, etc.). To do this, press the Add option and select the file.
Note: To send an MMS, you must first activate the "GPRS Data" option. To access this function, go to Menu/Settings/Connection/ and check the corresponding box. Remember that MMS messages may incur charges depending exclusively on your operator.
- When finished, select the Send option.
Note: Keep in mind that you may have difficulties sending or receiving MMS if the operators involved in the process do not support RCS (Rich Communication Service) technology or only provide limited features.
