HOME: How SMART YOU helps me in my daily life

If you have already connected your device, everything is ready to start enjoying it. What are you waiting for? Find out everything SMART YOU can do for you throughout your day.

Everything I can do from my SMART YOU app...

By accessing the main menu of the app, you will have access to everything SMART YOU offers you:

  • Go to "HOME" to see the day's activity and access the data history.
  • Manage your “DEVICE” and its settings and functionalities.
  • View my “PROFILE”: personal data, goal settings, etc.
  • Contact “SUPPORT” for technical assistance, watch help videos, and read related articles.

SMART YOU... what have I done today?

In the new SMART YOU, you can see a complete summary of your day: your activity (steps, calories, distances), your workouts, your heart rate, the quality of your rest, etc.

REMEMBER: SMART YOU will only display the functionality defined by your device. That is, if your wearable is not equipped to monitor certain sports or lacks a feature, you will not see those parts.

The HOME screen shows you all your daily activity at a glance and also allows you to easily access the history of previous information.

The HOME screen consists of Cards. Each Card is a summarized information element: Goals, Steps, Heart Rate… In this way, you can see your daily activity at a glance. If you want to see detailed information, tap the corresponding card.

This HOME screen is fully customisable: you can add and remove the cards you are interested in to suit your information needs.

Scrolling up and down with your finger, you can view the different cards, and at the end, you will find a button that allows you to manage cards:

By tapping on the three horizontal bars of each element, you can move it to the desired position or delete it by dragging it to the bottom. This way, you can customise your “HOME” screen to your liking.

We will go through each card in detail.

SMART YOU... have I met my goals?

The “Your goals” card contains all the information about your steps, energy, and distances for the day. You can see how many steps you have taken, how many calories and distance they represent and, most importantly, how much you have achieved of your daily goal.

For each ring you complete each day, your goal will have been met.

Also, your percentage will help you know if you have met your goal or how much was left to achieve it. Don’t stress about not meeting them all! The key is to set realistic goals and feel good about yourself.

The “Set your goals” option gives you direct access to the goal-setting screen, which is explained in more detail in the PROFILE section.

If your device monitors workouts, the steps, calories, and distances will add to your total movement, so you have an overall view of everything.

This first screen shows you your goals for the current day. At the top, you have three tabs “Day”, “Week”, and “Month” to access their corresponding data:

Week:

Month:

The rings allow you to check at a glance the degree to which you have met your goals. When they are completed, a tick mark appears in the centre, indicating the goal has been achieved.

SMART YOU... how much have I moved today?

The “Steps” card shows you in detail the steps you have taken over a period of time: Distribution of steps by hourly/daily/weekly/monthly/annual range, with the summary of steps taken and their equivalent distance.

The different tabs allow you to select whether you want to see the information for the day, week, month, or year:

The information is presented in vertical bars, so you can check the activity at a glance. All bars are navigable, so by tapping on one of them, you will directly see the associated step count.

The World Health Organisation (WHO) recommends doing 10,000 steps a day to boost your health. In any case, you can increase or decrease this target from "Your goals" to suit your preferences.

SMART YOU... how much energy have I burned today?

The “Energy burned” card provides information on the energy burned over a period of time, by daily/weekly/monthly/annual range, with the summary of energy consumed.

Humans need a continuous supply of calories to perform vital processes such as circulating blood, breathing, digesting food, thinking, or moving muscles to perform physical activity. Through SMART YOU, you will discover the calories spent on different exercises.

The energy burned, therefore, has a component of basal metabolism, which depends on your basic vital functions at rest, and another component that depends on the activity performed (workouts) and their duration. This card shows the total of both components.

The different tabs allow you to select whether you want to see the information for the day, week, month, or year:

The information is presented in vertical bars, to check at a glance the energy burned in each period. All bars are navigable, so by tapping on one of them, you will directly see the associated energy value.

SMART YOU... how is my heart doing?

If your device has a heart rate monitor, you can see your heart rate in the app. Heart rate is measured in beats (pulses) per minute, or BPM.

You can see the details of the average, minimum and maximum values, in the desired period, by daily/weekly/monthly/annual range, with the corresponding summary for each range.

The different tabs allow you to select whether you want to see the information for the day, week, month, or year:

Additionally, the Day tab shows a graph showing heart rate variations. By tapping on the graph, you can access the heart rate value at a specific moment:

In the other screens, the graph shows the daily or monthly average value, a summary with the average, minimum and maximum values for that period, and a graph with the resting heart rate.

With the “data history” option that appears at the bottom of the screens, you can access the list of recent heart rate measurements:

The heart rate is the number of times the heart beats in one minute (beats per minute). For the proper functioning of the body, it is necessary for the heart to act by pumping blood to all organs, but it must also do so at a certain pressure (blood pressure) and at a certain frequency.

The normal resting heart rate ranges between 50 and 100 beats per minute (bpm). Resting heart rate varies throughout the day and night in response to various stimuli, so its measurement has great variability. Through our SMART YOU app, you can get information on resting heart rate once a day. To do this, the device will record the data while you sleep.

SMART YOU... how is my blood oxygen level?

Blood oxygen level, also called SpO2, is an indicator of the efficiency of your respiratory system.

This value represents the percentage of oxygen that red blood cells transport from the lungs to the rest of the body. The blood oxygen level of most people is 95-100%. However, some people live a normal life with levels below 95%.

You can see the details of blood oxygen measurements for the desired period, by daily/weekly/monthly/annual range, with the corresponding summary for each range: average, minimum, and maximum value, and corresponding graph:

By tapping on each element of the graph, you can see its associated value.

SMART YOU... how much have I trained?

If your wearable tracks sports, SMART YOU will record each of your sports sessions and you can navigate through them to see the details on the Workouts card.

You can see the details of workouts performed over the desired period, by daily/weekly/monthly range, with the corresponding summary for each range: total time and energy consumed in the workouts.

Below the Day and Week tabs, the corresponding workout cards are shown.

In the monthly calendar, it is indicated whether there is activity available for those days. By tapping on the day, you can access its activity cards.

By tapping on each workout card, you can access its details:

Workouts are grouped by type, each with its logo and colour for quick classification.

All show the total workout time with start and end times, and energy consumed. Depending on the type of activity, the distance travelled and average speed will also be displayed.

Below the card, you have the button that gives you the option to delete the workout.

The card shows heart rate data: its average value during the workout and the heart rate graph. By tapping on the graph, a sliding cursor appears that allows you to access the heart rate value at a specific moment:

You can also share your workout data. To do this, use the button you will find at the top right:

A page with the workout details is generated, which you can share using your favourite mobile app.

SMART YOU... how did I sleep last night?

Because sleep is important for performance and health, with SMART YOU you can see the rest recorded by your smartwatch.

Your wearable recognises whether your sleep was light, deep or if you were awake, and calculates the quality and duration of your rest based on that.

By tapping on the card, you can see the sleep details for the desired period, by daily/weekly/monthly/annual range, with the corresponding summary for each range.

Depending on your wearable's features, the different sleep phases: light, deep, REM, and awake, will be displayed with their durations. Different colours are assigned to each phase for easy visualisation. Note that in some wearable models, REM sleep is not detected and is assigned to the light sleep phase.

Remember that the WHO recommends sleeping at least 6 to 7 hours a day and regularly. SMART YOU analyses sleep quality to help you adjust and improve your rest habits.

SMART YOU... how is my menstrual cycle?

This card collects and organises data about your menstrual cycle. SMART YOU will offer you indicative information about your next period or fertile window.

The card shows a prediction calendar with the different periods, using different colours:

By tapping on “Cycle settings”, you can access the screen where the necessary data is entered to create the prediction calendar: usual period and cycle duration, and the start date of the last period.

In the “PROFILE” menu, you have a setting that, in addition to this configuration, allows you to set reminders.
