FIRST START
For proper operation, you must remove the transparent protective sticker from the pulse sensor. There is also a small blue protective plastic on the rotating start button that you can remove.
Before turning on your watch for the first time, it is advisable to fully charge its battery. To do this, connect the charging cable to the back of the device and the USB connector to a USB charging port.
TURN ON
On subsequent power-ons, to turn on your watch, simply hold the right side button for a few seconds.
TURN OFF
To turn off your watch, you can do so by selecting the "Turn off" option from the main menu settings. You can also turn it off by holding the right side button for a few seconds.
