Only one earphone sounds

Your earphones may not have paired correctly, which is why only one is sounding. To fix this, follow these steps:

Important: Make sure the colored strips covering the charging contacts of each earphone are removed and that they have been charging for a while.

  1. On your phone: remove the previous pairings from Settings - Bluetooth - (delete, forget...)
  2. On your phone: turn off Bluetooth.
  3. Leave the earphones in the case and hold down the base button for 3 seconds. The light will start to flash red and white and then go off. This means the reset has worked.

Now they can be paired with the phone. Take the earphones out of the case.

4. On your phone: turn on Bluetooth.

5. Go to Settings - Bluetooth, find the earphones, and tap to connect.
