This watch is water-resistant, complying with the IPX8 rating of the IEC 60529 standard: maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 35 minutes without movement. If any of these variables are altered (such as underwater movement of the watch, high-impact water splashes, currents...), the watch's water protection capacity may be compromised. For this reason, the watch is not suitable for activities like diving or swimming. In other water sports, mainly surface activities like rowing or sailing, for example, it's possible to use the watch; however, it's important to note that in these situations, depth, time, and mobility variables may be altered, so using the watch in these circumstances is not recommended. Water salinity is another variable that could affect the watch's water protection capacity, so its use in saltwater is also not advised.

Additionally, it's important to consider that water resistance capacity is not permanent; it decreases over time with use, so damages caused by liquids are not covered by warranty.
