Your GRAVITY 5 only charges through its USB-C port.
To charge your GRAVITY 5, we recommend using the supplied cable. The charging time should not exceed 4 hours.
Remember that, if during charging, the screen is on or you are using it intensively, this time could increase.
Sometimes, if the battery is very low, it may take several minutes to 2 hours after connecting the charger to the electrical outlet for your tablet to start charging. Don't worry, as after this time, the battery will reach the minimum level for startup.
