Receive a call

When a call is received, the ringer sounds and the indicator light (28) illuminates with each ring signal.

Answering with the handset:

• Pick up the handset.
• Start the conversation.
• When finished, place the handset back on its cradle.

Switching to hands-free:

• During the conversation, press the key  (32) and leave the handset on the base.
• When finished, press the key  (32) again.

Answering with hands-free:

• Press the key  (32) to answer the call.
• Start the conversation. For your interlocutor to hear you clearly, speak directly into the microphone (36) from a distance of 30cm or less.
• When finished, press the key  (32) again.
