Functions

These are the clock functions available, in the order they are displayed:

 

Call:

Here you can access the dial pad, call log, and selected contact list and call them.

Incoming calls can also be received. The ringtone and/or vibrator will sound, and the call can be answered or rejected.

During the call, it is possible to record the conversation.

Ringtones and vibration mode can be configured in the settings. Certain call modes and restrictions can be set in the SMART CLAN application.

 

Chat:

You can chat via messages with a single user or send a message to all linked devices via the family chat. You can also send emojis. To send a voice message, hold down the "PRESS" button while the message lasts. When you release the button, the message is sent.

Family chat members can send voice messages, text, and emojis.

 

Alarm:

With information about the alarms configured on the watch. These alarms can only be set up and activated/deactivated from the SMART CLAN application.

 

Heart:

Pressing this button takes a measurement of the Heart rate, in BPM (beats per minute). If the measurement cannot be taken properly, the message "Not adjusted" appears on the screen. The bottom of the watch contains the sensor, which must be firmly in contact with the skin to obtain an accurate measurement.

 

Blood:

Pressing this button takes a measurement of Blood oxygen (or SpO2), in % of blood oxygen concentration. If the measurement cannot be taken properly, the message "Not adjusted" appears on the screen. The bottom of the watch contains the sensor, which must be firmly in contact with the skin to obtain an accurate measurement, and it must also remain with the hand still during the measurement.

 

Video call:

You can make and receive video calls with contacts established from the SMART CLAN app.

To do this, select the contact and press Video call. Communication will be established, with bidirectional audio and video. Similarly, you can accept video conference calls. The interlocutor's video image will appear on the screen. You will hear the conversation sound through the built-in speaker. You can mute your own microphone.

Steps:

The watch counts the steps you have taken, and you can see the daily total here.

In the SMART CLAN application, you can have a history and set a daily goal. By default, this goal is set at 8000 steps per day.

 

Camera:

Here you can take photos with the front camera.

The main use of the watch camera is for video conferencing. You can take photos, but they are only for local use, they cannot be accessed remotely, or transferred.

NOTE: There is a total maximum available memory space for voice recordings, about 11 minutes, and user photos, about 75-80 photos.

Here you can see your photos.

This screen shows different additional functions and the Settings menu.

To access this menu, you must swipe left from the main screen.

It has these sections:

Voice recording:

You can take voice notes with this tool.

You can also configure the format of the recordings on this screen: wav, mp3 or amr.

You can also access recording files.

NOTE: There is a total maximum available memory space for voice recordings, about 11 minutes, and user photos, about 75-80 photos.

Stopwatch:

You will have a stopwatch at your disposal, with stop and reset function.

Message:

You can receive SMS messages and reply with predefined SMS messages.

Languages:

Selection of watch language: Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian, German.

Brightness:

Screen brightness selection.

Sounds:

You can define tones, volume, and vibration here:

  • Volume: Ringtone volume.
  • Incoming ringtone: Ringtone selection.
  • SMS tone: SMS alert tone selection.
  • Notification type: Ring, Vibrate, Silent, Ring and vibrate.

Clock:

  • Clock type: Watch screen selection. There are four available.
  • Watch mode: 12 or 24 hours.

Backlight:

Clock screen duration. With these values:

  • Always ON, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 seconds.

Clear cache:

For clearing memory and freeing up storage space.

  • Call logs: Clear call logs.
  • Chat space: Clear chat history.

About:

  • Model info, Version number, IMEI.

Settings:

With different settings:

  • WiFi: To enable the watch's Wi-Fi connection. It scans visible Wi-Fi networks. You have to select the Wi-Fi Access Point, Connect, and enter its access key.

NOTE: It is possible to operate the watch only with Wi-Fi connection, without operator SIM card, with certain limitations.

    • It allows connection with the SMART CLAN application, bidirectional Chat, Videocall, and Location.
    • It does not allow: Make and receive phone calls.
  • VoLTE: To enable/disable the VoLTE function. By default Open (enabled). VoLTE is a feature that allows making and receiving phone calls on the 4G network, without needing to switch to 3G or 2G.
  • System update: For detecting and downloading new SW versions.
  • Access points: Operator APN configuration. Access Points (APNs) are your operator's parameters for a correct data connection.

NOTE: The watch has the main operators' APN preconfigured. If you cannot get the watch to connect, you must correctly configure those values by requesting them from your operator. To do this, in this menu, you can Edit existing APNs or Add a new APN. 

  • Power off: To turn off or restart (turn off and on) the watch.

NOTE: It is possible to disable the watch shutdown from the SMART CLAN application. See the corresponding section.

 

SOS function:

The watch's side button can perform the emergency SOS function.

By continuously pressing the side button (about 5 seconds), it starts calling the emergency contacts (with horn sound for 3 seconds) sequentially, as they appear ordered in the agenda.

Configuration is done from the SMART CLAN application. Up to three emergency contacts can be configured.

It calls 3 cycles and then stops if nobody answers. If a contact answers the call, communication is established through the speaker and microphone.

This function is configured in the SPC SMART CLAN application, in the contacts list. Check this section.

In the app, under Notifications, you will see successful and unsuccessful SOS call attempts.

NOTE: It should be noted that if the voicemail of the called contact jumps, it will be considered as an answered call.
