You tablet has an internal memory of between 8 and 64 GB (depending on the model). This memory is partly used by the operating system, and the minimum files and apps necessary to offer you a complete Android experience. You can check the available memory for on the box of your tablet.
How do I copy content to my tablet's memory?
Windows
Connect the tablet to your computer using the supplied USB cable. With some tablet models, a screen will open that asks you if you want to activate the data transfer mode, activate it to see the device on your computer.
If this screen does not appear, a notification will appear in the upper left part of the screen of your tablet and the tablet will automatically be recognised by the computer.
Mac
If you have a Mac, you will also need to install the app Android File Transfer on your Mac.
To permanently expand the memory on your tablet, you can insert a micro SD card.
Once the card is inserted, your tablet will recognise the new available space as a different storage section. We recommend that you save your multimedia files on the memory card so that they do not take up space on the internal memory since the applications must be installed on the device's internal memory.
Your tablet also has a micro USB port where you can connect a memory stick using the USB OTG adapter cable included with the device (depending on the model).
