Use the multi-handset system to register up to 4 handsets on the same base. You can transfer and make internal calls between handsets that are connected to the same base and make 3-way conferences (2 internal and 1 external). When a handset is on an external call, the other handsets will not be able to pick up the line.
Notes:
- Full compatibility of multi-handset functions is only ensured if the handsets are connected to the same base are of the same model.
- It is possible to add a handset of another model to the base (GAP compatibility), but it is not guaranteed that the handset will work perfectly with the base.
- Each handset has its own identifier which is the number next to the handset name. If SPC 1 appears on the screen, the handset number will be 1.
- If a handset is not registered on any base, the text "REGISTER" will appear on its screen.

DAR DE ALTA UN PORTÁTIL
Por defecto, la base y el portátil vienen registrados de fábrica, si por cualquier motivo no fuera así o si quisieras dar de alta otro portátil, deberás realizar los siguientes pasos:
On the base, press and hold the key (12) for 8 seconds.
On the handset, press the key to enter the menu.
The screen show ¿PIN?, requesting your PIN. Enter it (default 0000). Press the key to confirm. After a few moments the new handset will be registered.
Note:
- Your handset number will be assigned by the base where it is registered. If the base is already assigned number 1, then the new handset will be assigned number 2.
- If you cannot register the handset on the base on the first attempt, try again by repeating the process.
- It is possible to add a handset of another model to the base, butit is not guaranteed that said handset will work perfectly with the base.
UNREGISTER HANDSET
A handset cannot unregister itself. Therefore, from a handset other than the one you want to unregister, proceed as follows:
- On the handset, press the
, key to enter the menu.

TRANSFER A CALL
You can transfer an external call from one handset to another. To do this, during the external call itself, you must carry out the following steps:
- On handset 1, press the

- Handset 2 will start ringing, the indicator light will turn on and the message "CALL FROM 1" will appear on the screen.
- Wait for the interlocutor on handset 2 to answer the call. Then, you will be in internal communication.
- To transfer the external call to laptop 2, press the
key on handset 1.

- Handset 1 can cancel the internal call at any time by pressing
THREE-WAY CONFERENCE: 2 INTERNAL & 1 EXTERNAL
If you have more than one Handset registered on the Base, you can use this function to have a conversation between the external call and two Handsets.
To do this during an external call:
- On handset 1, press the
- If there are more than two handsets, select with the
- Handset 2 will start ringing, the indicator light will turn on and the message "CALL FROM 1" will appear on the screen.
- Wait for the interlocutor on handset 2 to answer the call. Then, you will be in internal communication.
