If you do not want the device to be manipulated manually from the physical thermostat, you can lock the buttons so that it can only be adjusted through the SPC IoT app.
First, make sure the parameter 11 of the advanced settings is activated.
To do this, hold down the buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.
If you want to unlock it, you just have to carry out the same action and you will be able to access it to the buttons again.
