ANSWERING A CALL / INCOMING CALLS
When a call is received, the ring tone sounds and the indicator lamp
(8) lights up with each ring.
Pick up the phone:
– Pick up the handset.
– Start the conversation.
– When you are done, place the handset in its case.
Switch to the hands-free function:
– During the call, press the key (25) and leave the handset on the
base station.
– When you are finished, press the key (25).
Pick up hands-free function:
– Press the key (25) to activate the speakerphone function.
– Start the conversation. To ensure that the person you are talking
to can hear you clearly, speak directly into the loudspeaker from a
distance of no more than 30 cm.
– When you are finished, press the key (25).
CALL
From the phone:
– Lift the handset. The indicator lamp (17) lights up.
– Wait for the dial tone and dial the desired number.
– When you are done, place the handset in its case.
From hands-free:
– Press the key (25).
– Wait for the dial tone and dial the desired number.
– When you are finished, press the key (25).
On-hook (pre-marking):
– With the handset on-hook, dial the number using the numeric
keypad (15). If you make a mistake, press the key to delete the
last digit (20).
– Lift the handset or press the key (25).
– When you are finished, place the handset back in the cradle or
press the key again (25).
Call back a call from the list of received calls:
– Press the key to access the list of incoming calls. RECEIVED
appears on the screen.
– Select the number with the keys.
– Press the key . The phone will then automatically enter
speakerphone mode and dial the selected number. You can also
do this by picking up the handset or pressing the key (25).
Call back a call from the missed calls list:
– Press the key to access the list of missed calls. MISSED
appears on the screen
– Dial the number with the keys.
– Press the key. The phone will then automatically enter
speakerphone mode and dial the selected number. You can also do
this by picking up the handset or pressing the key (25).
Call back a call from the list of dialed calls:
– Press the key to access the list of calls made. OUT appears on
the screen
– Dial the number by repeatedly pressing the key.
– Press the key. The phone will then automatically enter
speakerphone mode and dial the selected number. You can also
do this by picking up the handset or pressing the key (25).
REDIAL
If you want to call back the last dialed number:
– Pick up the handset and press the redial key for the last dialed
number (26).
– When you are finished, place the handset back in its case.
R KEY
This key allows you to access the various services offered by your
telephone company or switchboard, such as: “call forwarding”, “call
waiting”, “answering machine”, etc. Contact your telephone company
to request them.
– Press the R key (24) each time you need to send this message to
the line, according to your telephone company’s instructions.
CHECK THE LIST OF RECEIVED CALLS
– Press the key to display the list of received calls. The RECEIVED
icon lights up.
– Check the numbers with the keys.
– To delete a call, select it and press the key (20)
– To delete the entire list, press and hold the button for 3
seconds (20).
– If the list is empty, the screen shows ---END---.
CHECK THE LIST OF MISSED CALLS
– Press the key to display the list of received calls. The MISSED
icon lights up.
– Check the numbers with the keys.
– To delete a call, select it and press the key (20).
– To delete the entire list, press and hold the button for 3
seconds (20).
– If the list is empty, the screen shows ---END---.
NOTE: When a new or missed call is received and answered for the
second time, the call is automatically moved to the received call list
and removed from the missed call list.
CHECK THE LIST OF DIALED CALLS
– Press the key to display the list of received calls. The OUT icon
lights up.
– Check the numbers with the keys.
– To delete a call, select it and press the key (20).
– To delete the entire list, press and hold the button for 3
seconds (20).
– If the list is empty, the screen shows ---END---.
