Settings

Once we enter the thermostat screen, three options will appear in the upper-middle part of the screen. By default we are in the "Controls", we will have to press the "Settings" button on the right of the screen. In that tab there are four categories: Comfort mode, Controller Range, Air filter and Learned command.

  • Comfort mode: In this mode we can establish the desired minimum and maximum temperature and/or humidity, so that the device automatically activates with the preset values if these parameters are exceeded.

E.g.: Range between 18ºC and 30ºC. If the interior temperature drops below 18ºC, the AC turns on in heat mode, low speed and a temperature of 22ºC. On the contrary, if it goes over 30ºC, the AC turns on in cold mode, low speed and temperature of 24ºC.

  • Controller range: In this tab we will simply adjust the maximum and minimum value in which the device can send orders.

E.g.: If we set a range of 21ºC – 25ºC, we will not be able to go below 21º or go up 25º from the SPC IoT. The original control of the AC is not limited by this range.

  • Air filter: This section shows us the estimated useful life of the air conditioning filter and reminds us of periodic cleaning.

  • Learned command: Here we have saved the control of the air conditioning. Here we have saved the air conditioning control. If at any time it fails, here it could be reset by clicking on the round arrow that we have on the right side and then start over with the pairing.
