Check which network your smartphone or tablet is connected to, since, to connect the device, it has to be a 2.4GHz network.
The first thing is to connect the device to the power supply.
Once that is done, the screen will turn on and a blinking WiFi symbol will appear on the top left. Depending on the flashing, the pairing mode is different:
- Fast flashing (0.5 sec ON - 0.5 sec OFF): EZ mode.
- Slow flashing (1 sec ON - 1 sec OFF): AP mode.
In the event that the flashing is not as desired, press and hold the "RESET" button on the back for about 5 seconds. The device will reboot and the flash type will change.
To link the device you have to turn on the WiFi, the location and the Bluetooth of your smartphone or tablet. When all this is activated, within the application "SPC IOT", on the main page press the “+” button on the top right. A menu will be displayed in which you have to select "Add device".
In this new screen, if the device is detected, the "Discovering devices..." menu will appear at the top along with the "Add" button on the right side. To sync it, tap Add and follow the steps.
If it does not appear in this menu, we can add it manually using the options that appear at the bottom, selecting the device we want to link and following the steps.
Once the device is paired, the blinking Wi-Fi symbol will remain fixed, indicating the strength of the Wi-Fi signal it receives.
